My Central Care is the internal app of Central Care Pharmacy. Logins are given out by the pharmacy’s owners; there is no public sign-up.

Signing in

• Use the email address and password an owner gave you. The same login works in the phone app and at mycentralcare.com.
• Forgot your password? An owner can set a new one under People; you can change your own under Your account.
• Sessions last 12 hours. Sign out ends the session on that device only.

Notifications

Approvals and questions addressed to you arrive as push notifications in the phone app. If they stop, open the app once (the token is renewed at sign-in) and check that notifications are allowed for My Central Care in your phone’s settings.
